The beds were very comfortable and the room was very clean. I love the separation between the shower area and toilet room. A very clean; roomy hotel.
It would have been nice to have free breakfast. Also, I ask for a quiet room as seniors and the hotel secretary told us all rooms were quiet. But, our room you could hear all the running around above us. She didn't seen cordial at all. Also, no view, she could have put us in a better spot for the two nights we stayed.

Very friendly staff that gave us the inside scoop on the local breweries! Very helpful, and made our trip there a lot easier!

The beds were comfy. Check in and out was really easy.
You have to pay for breakfast where as most places, breakfast is complimentary. The hot tub looked gross and had a lot of brown spots on the inside.

The only complaint I have is that our shower drain was slow so you had to take a quick shower..but the hotel was quiet, clean and very comfy.

Nice design and room features. Comfortable setting, lobby and restaurant/bar area were nice. Staff friendly and helpful.
Not clean. I found hair everywhere in both of the beds, it didn't seem like they had been changed before I got there. One of the pillows smelled like cologne (not mine). Shower floor and carpets were badly stained. Also no microwave in room.

Excellent location and quiet - we were there for a dance competition weekend, so having quiet halls was very important!

Little loud due to construction and being accommodated next to the elevators something we did not asked and wished front end would asked us if ok. Door knobs loose bathroom. No place to hang your clothes no bathroom hanger. Left behind black shorts and blue shirt...favorite. Something I normally don't do? No chance on getting clothing shipped back correct?

I have always appreciated your caring and attentive staff and the fact that I am now familiar to some of them is a bonus! As I relocate to GR, I won't be staying with you any longer. I feel I'll have to visit just to keep up the connection :-) ! You also have been recommended by me to friends/family who want to stay in the GR area.
You are under construction and I take this into account regarding some lack of cleanliness. But even so, food should not be sitting in the hallways for 24 hours as I observed. Otherwise, everything was great and clean as usual. Also, the pool was closed for cleaning. Is this something that can be done during the night rather than at peak-use times? And can you provide that information to your customers at check-in?

Even with the remodeling going on, it was quite and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again without question.
I didn't care for the Menu selection at the on premise restaurant. It was extremely limited. I had the impression it was a full restaurant and it was really a bar with a little bit of food.

Spacious room, helpful staffs. Would use this hotel again if I come over to GR in future.
The airport shuttle service is closed at 11pm which I didn't know when booking it. So need to use a cab at airport if flight arrives later than 11pm. Maybe it should be added to the hotel description.

Remodeling was noisy in the morning.

The facility was tasteful and clean. Our room was very adequate, but the bathroom floor was missing grout between a few tiles.
